Recommended Intake: Take 1 pellet once a day. It is optimal to consume it at least 30 minutes before or 3 hours after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with half a freshly squeezed lemon.

Tip: If taking zinc on an empty stomach causes nausea, we recommend taking it with a meal."
