Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) belongs to the group of water-soluble vitamins and has a complex molecular structure. The daily requirement for an average adult is 4 μg (DGE). A higher intake of vitamin B12 can be useful for prevention and in the case of vitamin B12 deficiencies. Vitamin B12 Liquid contains the two bioactive vitamins methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
The vitamin is essential for the organism and has a variety of functions in the human body. Vitamin B12 strengthens the brain by supporting the function of the nervous system, contributes to normal mental function and can reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 not only supports the normal function of the immune system, but also normalises the formation of red blood cells.
In addition, B12 specifically regulates various metabolic functions. For example, it normalises energy and homocysteine metabolism and has a function in cell division.
Vitamin B12 deficiency is not uncommon. In the group of senior citizens over 75 years of age alone, up to 30 percent suffer from an acute B12 deficiency.
The product does not contain alcohol and is therefore also suitable for children and adolescents. In its liquid form, it is a sensible alternative for anyone who has problems taking vitamin B12 in capsule form.

Recommended Intake: 13 drops once daily outside of meals. Spread in the mouth with your tongue. If necessary, stir into a glass of water/juice. Shake before use.
The daily requirement for an average adult is 4 μg. A higher intake of vitamin B12 can be useful for prevention and for vitamin B12 deficiencies. Higher doses may be necessary to compensate for a deficiency or for targeted therapeutic use.
Handling
The optimal storage conditions for sealed Vitamin B12 Liquid are cool and dark (max. room temperature 17-20°C or in the refrigerator).
After opening, we recommend storing the product in the refrigerator (5-7°C) and closing the lid tightly again after removing it. The product has a shelf life of 2 years from production (best before date). Please pay attention to hygienic removal. We recommend dripping from a distance of 10cm -15cm to avoid contamination.
