Coenzyme Q10, also called ubiquinone-10, ubiquinol (ubiquinone, ubiquinol), is an endogenous substance that is produced primarily in the liver. Since it has a similar structure to vitamin E, it is classified as a vitamin-like substance (vitaminoids).
Coenzyme Q10 is a key player in energy metabolism and an important antioxidant of mitochondria, the power plants of cells. Ubiquinol is involved in the production of energy in our cells and thus helps to improve our physical endurance and performance. It is a coenzyme that is found in every cell in our body.
However, it is known that as people get older they are no longer able to produce enough of it naturally.
This product does not contain all forms of Q10, but mainly contains ubiquinol.
Ubiquinol is described as the active, reduced form of Coenzyme Q10, which has an antioxidant effect and can be absorbed and used by the body more quickly than the oxidized form, ubiquinone (*).
In addition, the product is specially prepared as a spray with the natural liposomal formulation in order to increase absorption many times over.
The product contains only natural ingredients, is vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free. It is particularly enjoyable because of its quick effect and delicious taste with natural lavender and orange oil.
Increased bioavailability through liposomal micelles
In short, the spray is designed using a specially developed technology with increased bioavailability of active natural ingredients. The liposomal formulation is a nanoscale oil-in-water emulsion (tiny droplets, a few nanometers in size, no nanoparticles). This emulsion is designed to maximize the bioavailability of the fat-soluble ubiquinol. Enriched with high-quality lecithin-containing phospholipids from non-genetically modified sunflowers with a high proportion of pure phosphatidylcholine, micelles form, which further improves the absorption of ubiquinol.
In NatuGena Q10 Ubiquinol Spray, the main ingredient is present in microscopically small droplets (nanoemulsion without nanoparticles), which means that it is absorbed by the body 6.2 times more strongly than conventional coenzyme Q10.
Through sublingual absorption through the oral mucosa, the active ingredient can be detected in the serum within a few minutes.
The liposomal formulation means that the droplets of the ingredient ubiquinol are very finely emulsified in the liquid. Ubiquinol is so finely distributed in the spray that a droplet of ubiquinol is a few nanometers in size. The droplet is stabilized into micelles in the liquid (main component glycerin, water) by natural lecithin. Without this, the droplets would gradually reassemble into larger drops when shaken.
One spray with 4.2 mg of ubiquinol, when prepared as a liposomal spray, corresponds to 26 mg with a bioavailability factor of 6.2. With 6 sprays you achieve a daily dose of 156 mg.
For the same desired effect, only 1/6 of the active ingredient needs to be used. In addition to optimal increased bioavailability, this also results in improved cost efficiency for you as a user.

Ubiquinone as long-term storage
in a specially compiled composition: NatuGena ZellEnergie
(*) Ubiquinone, as contained in the NatuGena ZellEnergie product, serves as an important complement to the Q10Ubiquinol spray, as ubiquinone can be converted by the body into ubiquinone (partially reduced) and ubiquinol (fully reduced) when needed.
In addition to high-dose coenzyme Q10 as ubiquinone (250 mg daily dose), NatuGena's Cell Energy also contains other substances that support the absorption of Q10: NADH, R-alpha lipoic acid and resveratrol and B vitamins B1, B2 and B3.

Recommended Intake: 6 sprays per day between meals. One spray corresponds to 4.2 mg of ubiquinol.

Tip: One spray with 4.2 mg ubiquinol, when prepared as a NanoNatu spray, corresponds to 26 mg ubiquinol, with a bioavailability factor of 6.2. With 6 sprays the daily dose is 156 mg. For the same desired effect, only 1/6 of the active ingredient needs to be taken using NanoNatu technology. (100ml of product contains 30 mg/ml Q10. Taking into account the density of our emulsion and the purity of the raw material, 0.14 ml contains 4.2 mg of Q10 per spray.)
Handling
The optimal storage conditions for sealed Q10 Ubiquinol are cool and dark (max. room temperature 17-20°C or in the refrigerator). The product has a shelf life of 2 years from production (best before date). After opening, we recommend storing the product in the refrigerator (5-7°C). Shake before each use.
