OPC+C consists of French grape seed extract combined with the co-factor vitamin C from natural rosehip.
The OPC and vitamin C contained are particularly characterized by their high effectiveness in collagen formation in blood vessels, gums, skin, bones, cartilage and teeth.
It is better to avoid the use of OPC during pregnancy, as the data on its use is very sparse and there is hardly any experience.

Recommended Intake: Take 1 capsule once daily. It is ideal to consume it at least 30 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
