Tolerase® G from DSM can support consumers who already follow a gluten-free diet with their lifestyle and can provide additional safety and help in breaking down residual gluten amounts. NatuGena N-Zymarase Gluten combines the patented ingredient Tolerase® G with carefully selected extracts of fennel, caraway and ginger as well as the nutrients iron, calcium and the B vitamins B2 and B7 in bioactive form. N-Zymarase Gluten was developed in collaboration with Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Michaela Döll developed.
Gluten intolerance is a health disorder in which the body reacts negatively to gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye. This reaction can cause a variety of symptoms, including abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, and fatigue. For some people, gluten intolerance can also lead to more serious health problems.
Tolerase® G is a unique enzyme that improves digestive comfort in adults with gluten sensitivity. It is aimed at adults with gluten sensitivity who follow a gluten-free diet and avoid consuming gluten, but who want to break down residual gluten in their stomach.
Since so many foods contain gluten, a gluten-free diet is very difficult. Even when following a gluten-free diet, there is a risk of accidentally consuming gluten. For this reason Tolerase® G was developed. Tolerase® G from DSM can support consumers who are already on a gluten-free diet with their lifestyle and can provide additional safety and help break down residual gluten levels.
Fennel is an aromatic plant from the Mediterranean region that is valued in the kitchen for its diverse uses. The small, yellow seeds of fennel are a popular spice that add a distinctive aniseed flavor to dishes.
Caraway (Latin: Carum carvi) belongs to the umbelliferous family (Apiaceae) and is known for its spicy aroma. Caraway has a characteristic, slightly sweet and at the same time spicy taste. The plant is easy to care for and thrives in cool climates and well-drained soil.
Ginger (lat. Zingiber officinale) is a popular spice that originates in Southeast Asia. This root is characterized by its pungent, slightly lemony taste and is used in the kitchen in fresh, dried or ground form. Ginger is particularly popular in Asian dishes, baked goods and teas. The plant prefers moist, well-drained soil and a warm, shady climate. Ginger is valued in numerous culinary cultures worldwide for its diverse uses.
Our product also provides important nutrients such as iron, calcium and the B vitamins B2 and B7. Calcium contributes to the normal functioning of digestive enzymes and normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B7 (biotin) plays a role in energy metabolism and contributes to normal metabolism of macronutrients.

Recommended Intake: Take 3 capsules once a day or alternatively 1 capsule each morning, lunch and evening. It is ideal to consume it with a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water
