Description
Magnesium as taurate is an organic compound and is 100% absorbed and metabolized by the intestine.
As a manager of energy metabolism and a pacemaker for the activation of over 600 enzyme processes, magnesium is one of the most important quantitative elements in the body. In addition to potassium, it supports the metabolism of B vitamins, vitamin D and calcium.
In its natural form, magnesium is never pure as a cation (Mg2+), but always as a salt. It can form bonds with different binding partners (magnesium taurate, magnesium citrate, magnesium malate, ...). NatuGena attaches particular importance to organic magnesium compounds because they have better bioavailability than inorganic magnesium compounds (e.g. magnesium oxide).
Taurates are salts of the amino acid taurine.

Recommended Intake: Take 1 capsule twice daily. It is optimal to consume it at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
