Magnesia 7+1 is an optimally balanced magnesium and vitamin D complex with eight different magnesium compounds (magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium malate, magnesium lactate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium phosphate, magnesium taurate). The various magnesium compounds of organic and inorganic origin ensure a good supply of magnesium - regardless of the pH value situation in the gastrointestinal tract.
Current literature shows that vitamin D is largely responsible for ensuring that magnesium and calcium can be transported from the intestinal lumen into the blood.

Recommended Intake: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. It is optimal to consume it at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
