Description
Libido Mann combines valuable plant extracts with important minerals and vitamins. The traditional European fenugreek together with branded raw materials from red ginseng and maca root, which have been tested in studies, inspire with their effect. Extracts from the Tribulus plant support the body in many ways. The valuable mineral zinc contributes to normal fertility and thus to normal reproduction and is part of this unique product. In addition, selenium can have a positive effect on and vitamin B6 can have a positive effect on Hormonal Activity.
The semi-essential amino acid L-arginine is involved in many physiological processes in the body. Humans can synthesize arginine themselves within the urea cycle, but the resulting quantities are not sufficient to fully cover the needs in all situations. In particular, the increased need for arginine caused by stress or illness exceeds the amount produced by the body.
The Tribulus plant originally comes from Africa and is also widespread in southern and eastern Europe and Asia. The plant is able to bloom all year round. The plant was originally used by various indigenous peoples as a natural aphrodisiac. The plant contains the secondary plant substance saponins (triterpenes). The body's own hormone testosterone also belongs to the group of substances called triterpenes. The plant also contains the triterpene diosgenin, which occurs in the body as a precursor to the formation of steroid hormones.
Red ginseng (Panax ginseng), also known as velvet root or power root, is mainly found in mountain and forest regions in northern Korea, northeastern China and southeastern Siberia. Ginseng has been used as an adaptogen and tonic in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. In ancient times, the ginseng root was so valuable that it was only reserved for kings or emperors. This made the root more valuable than gold.
Ginseng is still very popular today. The secondary plant substances of ginsenosides play a main reason.
The ginsenoside content of ginseng products is often equated with the saponin content. This is misleading because not every saponin component is a ginsenoside. However, NatuGena provides information about the actual ginsenoside content in the product.
In addition to many minerals and vitamins, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) also contains important secondary plant substances such as flavonoids and saponins. It also contains substances from the triterpene group (e.g. diosgenin). Our body's own steroid hormone testosterone is also a triterpene. Fenugreek has long been used in folklore. Hildegard von Bingen and Sebastian Kneipp already appreciated the tasty representative of the butterflies. Fenugreek seeds were even found in the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamen.
Maca is a root from the Andes and is known there for its revitalizing and energizing effects. Maca powder contains 14% protein and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. The high content of antioxidants, such as selenium, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and free radicals. The maca powder used here is obtained from high-quality maca roots (Lepidium meyenii, syn. Lepidium peruvianum Ch.) from the high Andean regions. Maca roots from these regions have a higher content of phytochemicals compared to Maca from low altitudes because they grow under difficult conditions and therefore produce a larger number of protective substances in higher concentrations. These ingredients are responsible for the many positive properties of this raw material.
Vitamin B6, B9 and B12 play an important role in the body's energy production. They are involved in various metabolic processes that lead to the conversion of nutrients into energy. They are also involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters and support normal function of the nervous system. All B vitamins are contained in their bioactive form.

Recommended Intake: Take 6 capsules once daily or alternatively 3 capsules twice daily. It is ideal to consume it with a high-fat meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with a teaspoon of omega-3 oil to increase bioavailability.
