Description
The composition in the product NatuGena Fisetin contains a mixture of important polyphenols from fisetin, quercetin, spermidine, resveratrol and green tea, to which many positive effects have been attributed in numerous studies.
Fisetin is a yellow dye, within the polyphenols. As an oxidation product of fisetinidin, it belongs to the flavonoid group of substances. The flavonoids are a group of secondary plant substances that include the majority of flower pigments. Secondary plant ingredients are substances that are produced by the plant to protect against bacteria, insects, mold, UV light and viruses, among other things. Our high-quality source of fisetin is the wig bush (Cotinus coggygria Scop.).
Quercetin is also a flavonoid found in many fruits and vegetables. It is one of the natural yellow plant pigments from the group of polyphenols and flavonoids. Quercetin plays an important role in plant cells in protecting against oxidative stress and against pests and pathogens. Flavonoids also provide effective UV protection for plant cells. Quercetin is a component in onions. A particularly high concentration of quercetin has been detected in the flowers of the Japanese string tree (Sophora japonica), from which we at NatuGena obtain our quercetin.
Spermidine is a natural compound found in wheat germ. Spermidine is found in every cell of the body and can be produced by the organism itself by special intestinal bacteria. As we age, the body's production of spermidine decreases.
Resveratrol is a polyphenol found in various plants, particularly in the skin of red grapes. Japanese knotweed extract provides particularly high levels of resveratrol.
Green tea supplies the body with polyphenols, teaine, catechin, theanine and bitter substances. Particularly noteworthy are the polyphenol epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and the amino acid L-theanine, as valuable ingredients from green tea.

Recommended Intake: Take 3 capsules once a day, ideally consumed with a high-fat meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with a teaspoon of omega-3 oil to increase bioavailability.
